We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and our business.

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a half-price refund. 

No Shows
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes
If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
